College Credit Plus
What Is College Credit Plus?
The Ohio Department of Education and the Ohio Department of Higher Education have created the College Credit Plus (CCP) program, which provides eligible students in upcoming grades 7-12 with an opportunity to earn college and high school credits simultaneously at no cost to families. In most cases, but not all, students wait until their junior year to begin CCP courses. The purpose of this program is to promote rigorous academic pursuits and to provide a wide variety of options to college-ready students. This announcement provides notice of the CCP program to Buckeye Valley families/students (upcoming 7-12). College Credit Plus courses may be taken online, on a college/university campus, or at Buckeye Valley through a qualified BV instructor. Additional information about the CCP Program can be found on the Ohio Department of Higher Education website. Below are details and dates about the College Credit Plus Program.
